The island of Djerba is a strategic and ideal choice to launch the first edition of the Djerba Hot Air Balloon and Paramotor Festival – Balloons Event Show-Tunisia-2025 The festival will take place from October 24 to November 1, 2025, across three southern regions: Djerba, Douz, and Tozeur. Djerba will host the opening days on October 24, 25, and 26, 2025.
Its ready-to-use tourist infrastructure facilitates the organization and hosting of the festival. Djerba is also a cultural and symbolic crossroads, offering international visibility. This positioning makes the island a gateway to the Greater South and paves the way for future editions in Douz, Tozeur, and Tataouine.
